“When Evah started kindergarten at Challenger School, she came from a different pre-school. It was hard for Evah to catch up on some of the things Challenger preschool kids had learned already. For Evah to keep up, it was recommended to us to hire a tutor a few hours a week so she could get the attention and care she needed to catch up to the Challenger programming. We first had an outside tutor we found and barely saw any results. After about two months, we asked her teachers to refer us someone that was more familiar with the Challenger program. We were connected with a wonderful Challenger educator from a different facility. This was Steven M. Paquin. “It was really important for me to give my daughter Miel an easier start in Kindergarten at an English school, and reading is something very important to me and her. Miel was in an afterschool phonics and reading program with Mr. Paquin. She really liked his lessons.
